I am a dual-qualified solicitor in England & Wales and Hong Kong with experience in civil and commercial litigation across multiple jurisdictions. I advise individuals, SMEs and corporate clients on a wide range of contentious matters, including commercial disputes, contractual disputes, debt recovery, shareholder disputes and general civil litigation. My practice frequently involves cross-border matters, particularly those involving clients from the UK, Hong Kong and offshore jurisdictions. I regularly advises on dispute resolution strategies, litigation risk and court procedures, supporting clients from the early stages of a dispute through to formal proceedings and settlement. Prior to relocating to the UK, Cody practised in Hong Kong where she gained experience in a broad range of civil litigation and regulatory matters.
